Sudie Pennebaker

Graduate Advising

Sudie Pennebaker is an Academic Advisor for the School of Industrial Design. She advises students in the Master of Industrial Design program. Sudie came to the Institute in September 2019 and has been working in higher education since 2010.

Before joining Georgia Tech, Sudie advised business, pre-med, computer science, and neuroscience students at Georgia State University and engineering students at Kennesaw State University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Management with an emphasis in Community Leisure Services from Georgia Southern University in 2009 and her Master of Science in Social Foundations of Education from Georgia State University in 2019.

When she is not at work, Sudie is a national academic specialist for her sorority and volunteers with organizations around the Atlanta community. Sudie enjoys running marathons and half-marathons, spending time with her dog Clara, reading, and exploring the Atlanta Beltline.
