Project Process Book
This exploration in future payment aimed to discover and develop new ways to improve and change checkout. The goal of this project was to create a contact free checkout experience for consumers in order to empower them during the checkout process. The spread of coronavirus has left consumers feeling anxious and fearful at checkout, this project strived to create a checkout experience in which consumers could check out with confidence. This project was also an exploration of the capabilities of a variety of new technologies and how they may be integrated into checkout. Due to the wide scope of this capstone, the end result was three conceptual proposals that explore different aspects of checkout from the payment method to the process as a whole.
