Chris Hardy


Lecturer, School of Industrial Design



Chris Hardy is a lecturer in the School of Industrial Design at Georgia Tech, teaching classes focusing on contemporary design theory relating to furniture and lighting. When not teaching, Hardy works as an independent design consultant providing industrial design services to a roster of international clients within the furnishings industry.

He received a BFA in Industrial Design from College for Creative Studies in 2007 and a Master's of Design from the School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2009. Chris made his furniture design debut at Salone del Mobile in Milan in 2011 with the iconic Italian brand FontanaArte.
